Day 1 Arrival to Istanbul

One of our colleagues will be waiting for you at the arrival hall bearing a sign with your name on it. You will be greeted by a courteous member of our staff who will load your luggage into our midi-van and take you directly to your hotel. Accommodation in Istanbul.

 

Day 2 Istanbul City Tour

Pick up time is about 08.30 from the hotel. You will visit Topkapi Palace (Harem section is extra), Blue Mosque, Roman Hippodrome. After lunch you will see St. Sophia Museum, Cemberlitas (Burnt Column) and the tour ends about 16:30 with free time at the Grand Bazaar. You will be advised by your guide for getting back to your hotel on your own. Please note that Hagia Sophia closed on Mondays, Topkapi Palace closed on Tuesdays and Grand Covered Bazaar closed on Sundays. Accommodation in Istanbul.

 

Day 3 Bosphorus and Istanbul to Cappadocia

Pick up time is about 08:30 from your hotel. You will visit Golden Horn (from the bus), the arm of the Bosphorus and a natural harbor of the historical peninsula separating the old and the new parts of Istanbul where the first colonies settled during the Byzantines. The residential area for Byzantine Jews, Italian traders, and other non-muslim minorities. Drive along the traces of history at Balat viewing Metal Church of St. Stephen the Bulgarian, Jewish Hospital (Or-Ahayim), Fener Orthodox Patriarchate and 22 km long Byzantine City Walls - the strongest fortification of the middle age. Spice Bazaar (Egyptian Bazaar), experience mystical smells of different aromas of various spices. Shops selling fruits, vegetables, fish, flowers etc. Bosphorus Cruise, through the waterway separating the two continents, Europe and Asia, with a possibility to take photographs of marble palaces, ancient wooden villas of Ottoman architecture besides modern residentials and luxurious apartments. Rumeli Fortress (from the boat - no interior visit), historical armament built by the Conqueror to control and protect the Bosphorus. A unique example of military architecture. After tour, we depart to the airport (please note that pick up time can be changed according to flight departure time). Fly from Istanbul to Kayseri / Nevsehir, one of our executives will be waiting for you at the arrival hall bearing a sign with your name on it. DAY 4 Cappadocia

After breakfast, we start the tour by visiting Red valley and Devrent Valley where the geographical formations remind a place of another planet. Then in Pasabagi, you will take a stroll between the amazing fairy chimneys of Cappadocia. From there, driving to Avanos to have lunch. After having lunch, leave from Avanos to see the most beautiful examples of Byzantine art in Goreme Open Air Museum. Then you will drive to Uchisar Castle, the highest point of the region, where you will have a fabulous panoramic view over Cappadocia. Then return to the hotel about 17.30. Accommodation in Cappadocia.

 

DAY 5 Cappadocia & Istanbul

Depart from your hotel at 09.30 for a tour on a 4 km hike through the Rose Valley visiting the churches. Afterwards, visit the old Christian village of Cavusin. Stop for lunch in Pigeons Valley and then continue to see the marvel of construction that is the Kaymakli Underground City. You will also visit the Ortahisa Natural Rock Castle. After the tour, you will be transferred to the airport for flight back to Istanbul. We will meet you at the airport and transferred to your hotel. Accommodation in Istanbul.

 

DAY 6 Last shopping and Departure

After breakfast you will have free time shopping in Istanbul we hope you will go with great memories and remember us as part of union. Let us meet again next time at another destination. With peace and love.
