Changed Your Mind After Booking?
We understand that plans can change. If you cancel within 24 to 48 hours of making your booking, you'll receive a full refund after deducting Rs. 1,000 towards administrative expenses, provided:
- At least 15 days remain before departure for domestic trips
- At least 30 days remain before departure for international trips
Please note: Refunds under this clause are subject to the 'Additional Terms' mentioned below.

Additional Terms
- Flight cancellations follow airline-specific policies separately.
- Add-on payments (activities, extra room nights, etc.) will be refunded on a best-effort basis only.
- Payment gateway handling fees (~2.25%) are non-refundable.
- If Wovoyage cancels the trip, a 100% refund will be processed.
- Refunds are processed to your bank account within 30 days of approval.
- Visa processing, insurance, and flight ticket expenses (even if included in package) will be recovered separately on actuals.
Force Majeure
If a trip is rescheduled due to natural disasters, civil unrest, war, or other events beyond control, it will not be treated as a standard cancellation. You'll have these options:
Trip Transfers
- Transfers allowed for trips 30+ days from departure to another Wovoyage trip within the current financial year.
- Subject to availability and Wovoyage's approval.
- Administrative transfer fee: Rs. 2,000.
- Only one transfer per booking is permitted.
